Motorcycle Class for Colorado Springs Riders — Open Dates in Pueblo
Looking for a motorcycle class in Colorado Springs? Colorado Motorcycle Academy teaches the MSF Basic Rider Course in Pueblo, about an hour from Colorado Springs. It’s a 2-day class for new riders, and the $395 covers a small, nearly new training bike and both state tests. Pass, and you leave with the waiver card for your Colorado M endorsement. We’re small and family-owned, and every class runs, even if you’re the only student.

Is the class in Colorado Springs?
No. Our classes are held in Pueblo. We don’t teach in Colorado Springs. Plenty of our students drive down from the Springs anyway: the class runs even with one student, Pueblo usually gets less snow, and most weeks there are both weekend and weekday dates.
- Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course — 2 days, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
- Pass the course tests and earn the waiver card for your Colorado M endorsement

- Classes year-round — Pueblo sees less snow than Colorado Springs

Why Colorado Springs riders make the drive
We teach even with one student
No minimum roster. If you’re the only one enrolled, class still runs — we cancel only for rare severe weather or emergencies.
$395, bike included
Your course fee covers a training motorcycle plus both the state knowledge and skills tests. No bike rental add-on.
Nearly new, small bikes
Light, late-model learner bikes (CFMoto Papio SS, Kawasaki Z125 Pro, Yamaha TW200, Honda XR150L). See the fleet.
Year-round classes
Pueblo’s milder climate (warmer, with less snow than Colorado Springs or Denver) keeps training on the calendar every season.
