Refunds, Class Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
How Colorado Motorcycle Academy handles reschedules, no-shows, refunds, and late arrivals — with room for case-by-case judgment.

Policy at a glance
Rescheduling (< 72 hours)
If you reschedule your class without at least 72 hours’ notice, you may incur a $75 rescheduling fee.
No-Shows
If you do not show up on the day of your scheduled class, you may be subject to additional fees up to and including 100% tuition being charged again.
Refunds
We typically don’t offer refunds; we may be able to reschedule you subject to the conditions stated above. We are still charged fees by the credit card companies for processing your class tuition even if money is refunded, and we also incur non-recoverable costs for the MSF eCourse you are required to take before you attend class in person.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late to class you may need to reschedule subject to the conditions above. We cannot hold an entire class for one late student.
Free MSF Retake Class
Didn’t pass the state knowledge or skills test? You may come back for another class at no extra cost. Booking your retake class follows the same rescheduling and no-show timing rules above.
Why do we have this policy?
We are a small, family-owned and operated riding academy. The State of Colorado strictly limits our class sizes to a maximum of 8 students.
When a student cancels last-minute or doesn’t show up, that seat goes empty. Because we typically cannot fill it on short notice, we may lose the tuition for that spot while still carrying the high operational costs of running the academy and providing much needed State testing in Pueblo and the surrounding communities.
