- Print & Sign: We require physical signatures, so please print the completed forms and bring them to your first class.
- Identification: Ensure your name matches your driver’s license exactly and include the issuing state where asked.
- Minors: Parents must complete forms for minors and provide a copy of the parent’s driver’s license.
Filling these out ahead of time ensures a faster check-in on day one!
Everyone coming onto the facility grounds will need their driver’s license or photo ID and the barcode sent to your phone number via text and your email to gain access. You can see what the barcodes will look like and get driving directions here.
